This policy explains how digitaware.pro processes personal data collected through contact, demo, webinar, and assessment forms, and through website analytics or advertising tools where used.

Data collected. We may process identification and contact details, company and role information, booking or training details, communication content, assessment responses, technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and cookie-related identifiers.
Purposes. We use personal data to answer enquiries, schedule demos, manage webinars and training, provide services, issue confirmations, improve site performance, measure campaign effectiveness, prevent misuse, and where permitted build relevant business audiences.
Legal basis. Processing is carried out as permitted under the Federal Act of 25 September 2020 on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1), in particular for pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legitimate business interests, compliance, and where appropriate consent.
Cookies and similar technologies. If we use cookies, analytics, marketing tags, or similar tools, we inform users of the purpose and provide refusal options consistent with Telecommunications Act (TCA; SR 784.10), Art. 45c TCA and FDPIC guidelines on data processing using cookies and similar technologies (6 October 2025).
Recipients. Data may be shared with hosting, CRM, email, webinar, analytics, advertising, and IT support providers acting for us, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
